Palette Knife Painting by Helen Li

Ms. Helen Li, i learned my jelly art from her years ago. She is originated from Hong Kong where thru Datin Esther Hu, we've got a precious opportunity to learned from her. 

She is now come back with her new skill to share - palette knife painting on cake. The normal palette painting used butter cream, but she is using bean paste which she finds that is much healthier than butter cream. 

It would be a wonderful way of putting a touch on the cake.
