While everyone still outside partying, Baby Keng Yoon & Baby Keng Zhe were successfully born on New Year midnight. Papa Ka Heng & mama Coey were expecting to have a baby, and this twin brothers definitely created a surprised double happiness. (Chinese saying of 囍, which commonly use on Chinese weddings).
